Freeze the system fully. The phase-change material stores the thermal input before the session begins.

The inner shell places dry cold across a broad area without water, filling, or drainage.

Practice
Neuropause guides the nine-minute session in three phases. Follow the product’s current instructions for use and stop whenever needed.

Exit
